Suggested precautions are:

       1 continuous exchange of fresh air

        2 use of eye safety glasses

        3 use of a chemical mask

        4 use of protecting gloves

        5 clothing that cover all areas that could come in contact with chemicals

Note: Realize that toxins can enter the body through eyes, nostrils and skin. Take all precautions to see that you are protected from all chemicals.

In addition to the above, for the restorer who is actively working around these chemicals it is also suggested to:

  1. Drink 8 oz of water per hour (This will eliminate toxins as they build up in your body)
  2. Be active in an aerobic exercise program (a work out programs, minimum of twice a week)
